For reasons I’ve had difficulty articulating, the past couple of weeks have felt hard. There have been emotions that won’t settle and a sense of restlessness that refuses to lie down. But even on the days when I feel lonely or aimless, I need only look to the heartbeat at my feet. It’s hard to be down in the face of love so strong.
